Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging (if applicable)

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Any product that is damaged due to misuse or not in its original condition

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@usanib.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
