Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- The return must be authorized by our support team
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Products damaged by misuse or returned in used condition
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval:
